Document Workspaces
Simplify the process of working with others to co-author, modify, and review files using Document Workspaces. Document Workspaces are centralized Web-based repositories that provide files, tasks, and lists of links and team members and are accessible through the Shared Workspace task pane.
Shared attachments
Send shared attachments in Microsoft Outlook�, and recipients can choose to open a local copy to work from, or check the shared workspace to find and download a more current version.
Shared Workspace task pane
Check for updated versions of files, see if team members are online, see related links and files, and view file properties. You can receive an e-mail alert when any of the items in the shared workspace change. When you make an upd in the Shared Workspace task pane your change is automatically made in the shared workspace.
Online presence awareness
There is no need to leave your program in Office 2003 Editions to find out if a team member is online so that you can quickly confer with them. Online presence information is available in Outlook and in the Shared Workspace task pane.
Integration with Windows SharePoint Services
Create a team intranet site, and then upload files using your browser or Microsoft Office Word 2003, Microsoft Office Excel 2003, or Microsoft Office PowerPoint� 2003.
