Beginning with the familiar, adrenaline-inducing musical riff, and Regis' pointing finger, Who Wants to be a Millionaire Kids Edition gets right to the point. Players sign in, select single or dual player, and start answering -- or attempting to answer -- a broad variety of questions.
As in the other computer versions of this TV game show, players attempt to answer 15 written questions correctly without making a mistake. Players are given 30 seconds per question. When stumped, players can use up to three 'lifelines' for assistance: 50/50, phone-a-friend (with 8 simulated kids), or ask the audience
Who Wants to be a Millionaire Kids Edition challenges its users to recall random facts they may have studied. Here in the kids version of the program, the questions focus on topics younger users have a better chance of having encountered. Where the topics are of educational interest or value, parents with good memories may be of some help. But when the topics move to kid-oriented music or TV shows, adults beware!
