Who Can Enter
To be eligible to participate in this contest, entrants must be US residents who are 18 years of age or older and reside in the United States.
Employees of SoftwareInternational L.P., SoftwareOutlet.com and the immediate family members of each are ineligible. The term immediate families includes spouses, grandparents, parents, siblings, children and grandchildren. Only one winner per household if more than one winner per contest.
The Prize(s)
One (1) prize winner will be selected. The following prize will be given away:
The winner will receive a $500 gift certificate, redeemable at SoftwareOutlet.com in the dollar amount of $500 in US funds. The Gift certificate may only be used for purchasing software or other merchandise and cannot be used for cash back refunds or used for anything other than merchandise found on SoftwareOutlet.com's website. The gift certificate will not expire, but may not be transferred in part or wholly to another individual.
No purchase is necessary to enter. Purchase will not improve an entrants chances of winning. Only one entry per household.
The contest will be held continually and winners will be chosen 4 times annually. SoftwareOutlet.com is not responsible for electronic errors, server unavailability, phone or computer malfunctions.

Miscellaneous Rules
The winner will notified at the time of the current contest ending.
One or more contests may be announced from time to time. More than one contest may run simultaneously, but entries will only be solicited for one contest at a time. SoftwareOutlet.com is not responsible for any computer system failure or malfunctions or other inability of entrants to reach the entry.
All entries received from ineligible entrants will be void. All entries become the property of SoftwareOutlet.com.
Winner will be notified by email. Before claiming prizes, winners must provide their correct name, address, telephone number and birth date to SoftwareOutlet.com at the time of notification. Winners must sign and return a release and affidavit of eligibility, which must be received before prizes can be awarded. If a winner is a minor, then the winners parents or guardian must sign a release and affidavit of eligibility before the winner receives his or her prize. SoftwareOutlet.com reserves the right to examine additional identification and may choose to accept or deny awarding the prize based on the identification presented.
Winners will be selected by a random drawing from valid entries
If winner does not return correspondence to SoftwareOutlet.com after e-mail notification and/or return the affidavit of eligibility in a timely manner, the prize may be awarded to an alternate winner or could constitute forfeiture of the prize. If forfeited, the prize will remain the property of the SoftwareOutlet.com.
*The winner has approximately (10) Ten business days to respond back to the confirmation email.
There will be no substitutions or cash alternatives for prizes except at the sole discretion of the SoftwareOutlet.com. SoftwareOutlet.com has the right to substitute a prize of similar value. No transfer, sale or assignment of prizes is allowed.
The winners are responsible for paying all local, county, state and federal taxes on prizes based on the estimated retail value of the prizes as set forth in these rules.
Regardless of the number of contests entered, entrants are eligible to win only one (1) prize within any One Hundred Twenty (120) day period.
Software International L.P. and SoftwareOutlet.com are not liable if the provider of any part of the prize fails to satisfy its obligations to furnish its portion of the prize.
Software International L.P. and SoftwareOutlet.com are not responsible for any liabilities arising directly or indirectly from the award or use of the prize.
In claiming your prize, you acknowledge that, Software International L.P. and SoftwareOutlet.com have except where prohibited by law, the right to publicize your name, character, likeness, photograph, voice and the fact that you are the winner for promotional purposes without financial remuneration.
Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received.

SoftwareOutlet.com cannot be held liable for any lost or stolen entries, prizes or contest information.
SoftwareOutlet.com reserves the right to make rules and contest changes and change the aforementioned contest dates.
This sweepstakes is subject to all applicable laws and regulations and is void where prohibited or restricted by law, including without limitation, in jurisdictions requiring registration, filing, trust account, or posting of a bond, or any other requirements or disclosures that are not expressly satisfied by these rules.
By entering, participants represent that they are eligible, and agree (a) to be bound by these rules and the decisions of the SoftwareOutlet.com representatives, (b) to release SoftwareOutlet.com, and its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind caused by any prize or resulting from acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize, and (c) that entry constitutes an assignment to SoftwareOutlet.com of all intellectual property rights in the entry materials.
