Credit Card Security
We make sure all transactions processed through SoftwareOutlet.com are safe by using the SSL
(Secure Socket Layer) encryption standard. Use a SSL compliant browser such as Microsoft's Internet
Explorer or Netscape's Navigator and you will be able to conduct encrypted transactions on our
website. Online transactions statistically have been proven to be the safest form of credit card
payment. If you are still not comfortable using your credit card over the internet, you can always
place your order over the phone (714-979-6161), or fax (714-432-1985), or mail your order to us.

Replacement Policy -
Every product we sell is guaranteed to work. Please note: product compatibility is your responsibility.
We will gladly replace any defective product with an identical product. Please! Make sure the product will work with
your computer before you order. We will not replace any items
due to application incompatibility.
If you need to replace a product, please call us at 714-979-6161 and we will provide you with an RMA #. Returns
or replacements must take place within 30 days of the original order. We can only send replacements once we have received the “defective item”. All returns must have an RMA number.
We cannot offer refunds on ANY PRODUCTS THAT USE SERIAL NUMBERS AND/OR REQUIRE ACTIVATION. We can only send replacements once we have received the “defective item”.
This applies to programs such as Microsoft Office programs, Panda Antivirus programs, Nero programs, and etc.

Purchase Order Policy - We gladly take purchase orders from all schools, school districts, PTAs,
government institutions, and Fortune 1000 companies within the United States. Please FAX your orders to
(714) 979-6161 for verification. You can place an order through our shopping cart online, and when it asks for payment
method, choose "Check" enter your PO# in the Check Number" field and press "Continue" it will then confirm the order and
give you an order number. Please include this order number on the Purchase Order when you fax it in. Please make sure that you
provide us with a telephone number that we can directly contact you at and an email address that we can use to communicate with
you through. Purchase Orders do not qualify for the "Bundle" items. You must purchase each item in the "Bundle" separately. |

Payment Methods - SoftwareOutlet.com accepts the following forms of payment:

· Money Orders and Checks are accepted for mail orders in US funds only
Mail Checks/Money order to: 2431 South Anne St, Santa Ana, CA 92704 (include your order# on the check)
· PayPal (*For security measures, we only ship to confirmed SHIP TO: addresses. Please contact PayPal to verify confirmed shipping addresses.)
Mail orders paid by money orders and cashier's checks will ship on day of deposit.
Orders paid by personal & company check will ship within 10-15 days of deposit in order to allow
clearance of funds.
International Payment Requirements
A transaction made with an international credit card must be shipped to the billing address of the card.
If an international customer wants to have an order shipped somewhere other than the billing address of the card
the order must be paid for using US funds. The funds must clear with our merchant bank before the order will
be shipped.

Taxes -
Only orders that are shipped to destinations in California are subject to sales tax. Orders shipped to
destinations within Orange County are subject to 7.75% sales tax and orders that are shipped anywhere else
in California are subject to 7.25% sales tax.

Typographical Errors -
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to a typographical error.

Miscellaneous Policies -
All manufacturers warranties apply to the manufacturers. We do not honor special promotions, policies,
rebates, or warranties from manufacturers. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. All products
available while supplies last. Manufacturers often provide end users with the bonus of a mail-in rebate
after an item is purchased. Often, the rebate is a valuable offer that significantly lowers the net cost
of the product purchased. SoftwareOutlet.com is not responsible for any manufacturer's rebate and
SoftwareOutlet.com does not pay any manufacturer's rebate. The rebate is a transaction between the
buyer and the manufacturer, and buyer assumes all responsibility for claiming any available rebates
after paying the full purchase price to SoftwareOutlet.com. All concerns regarding any manufacturer's
rebate must be communicated between the manufacturer of the software and the customer. No OEM products qualify for rebates. SoftwareOutlet.com
assumes no liability regarding manufacturer's rebates
*Service fees of up to 5% may apply for cancelled orders over $500. You must contact a representative the same day your order was placed before 4pm PST and cancel your order
to avoid a service charge. SoftwareOutlet.com reserves the right to charge your credit card if these procedures are not followed. Please call us at 714-979-6161.
